7-Day Detox System

The following 7-day diet plan will help you get rid of any toxins and lose 1 pound every day. The diet plan is known as the Bowtrol detox system. Its purpose is to clean the body in an effective but safe way. This diet system will clean you colon and the loss of all kind of waste will help you lose weight. The results will be visible very soon, and you will not only become lighter but you will lose feel much better.

1st Day – Juices from Fruits and Vegetables

You should drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices three times – for breakfast, for lunch and for dinner. The juices should be made just before you drink them in order to keep all the vitamins in them. The following ideas for juices may be useful: - 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, two tablespoons of lemon juice - 100 ml juice of beet and celery with one tablespoon of apple vinegar - a mixture of 300 ml cucumber juice, 100 ml tomato juice and one tablespoon of chopped parsley - 200 ml carrot juice, combined with 100 ml apple juice You should drink approximately 1,5 liters of juice. In addition, you may drink mineral water or tea, but you should not use sugar.

2nd Day - Potatoes

Boil 1.65 pounds (750 g) of potatoes and divide them into 2-3 portions. You need 750 g of boiled potatoes, divided into 2 or 3 portions. You can have a slice of bread and 100 g of cheese for breakfast. Use the following tips to cook the potatoes: Make a potato salad with onion, and add dressing made of lemon juice Mash the potatoes with 4 tablespoons of hot milk and add chopped parsley Make a potato soup with green spices, and combine it with a boiled egg

3rd Day - Rice

You can prepare a fruit salad and add come lemon juice to it. Bananas are not recommended – eat any other fruits, except for them. Consume about 2 liters of water, or sugar-free coffee and tea.

5th Day - Macaroni

Boil 5.3 ounces (150 g) macaroni for about 10 minutes in salted water. Strain off the macaroni and divide them into 3-4 portions. You need 150 g macaroni boiled in salted water for about 10 minutes. Divide the macaroni into three or four portions. Eat a slice of bread with one teaspoon of butter and one boiled egg for breakfast. You should consume the macaroni during the rest of the day. Below are some useful idea how to prepare the macaroni: Add 2 tablespoons of parsley and 30 g cheese to the macaroni Combine the macaroni with 500 ml of vegetable soup and one teaspoon of onion Chop a tomato and add it to the macaroni together with one tablespoon of apple vinegar and one teaspoon of parsley You may consume about 2 liters of water, or sugar-free coffee and tea.

6th Day - Vegetables

You should have a slice of bread, one teaspoon of butter and a boiled egg for breakfast. During the rest of the day, you need to eat about 1 kg of vegetables, as one half of them is fresh, and the other half – stewed. You may use some of the following ideas to cook the vegetables: Mix 250 g of stewed cauliflower and 250 g of stewed cabbage Make various fresh vegetable salads and add lemon dressing or apple vinegar You can combine the vegetables with one boiled egg and about 50 g of cheese Don’t forget to drink about 2-2,5 liters of water, tea or coffee without sugar.

7th Day - Meat

For breakfast, you can have a slice of bread with one teaspoon of butter, 30 g cheese, one tomato and a few slices of onion. For lunch, eat 100 g roasted veal, 120 g boiled potatoes with a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and two tablespoons of parsley. Your dinner should consist of 100 g green salad, three tomatoes and a small onion, 100 boiled vegetable marrows, 100 g boiled or roasted fish, and a slice of rye or wholegrain bread. It is recommended to drink about 2 liters of water or tea without sugar.
